Building Restaurants and Commercial Properties is where we at XRC got our start! Some of our first projects include building Adriatico Trattoria Italiana in College Park, a 50x120 Upholstery Workshop in Sanford and Burger U at UCF. Our staff is committed to working alongside you from the very start of your project until the Certificate of Completion is issued. Whether it is a complete build out or the repair of a down piece of equipment, you can trust our knowledgeable staff to get the job done. XRC has a working relationship with the local airports including the Orlando Sanford International Airport and Spruce Creek Air Port. We have the capabilities to build and repair all of your project needs like constructing metal buildings, coating the metal buildings roof to prevent or repair leaks, and installing LED high bay lighting for cost-effective lighting.

Remodels are exciting projects we love to take on! We offer 3-D images to see what layouts work for you and your business and/or home.
